What We Believe
We believe the 66 books of the Bible is the inspired and supreme word of God equally in parts and in the whole, infallible and inerrant. We believe all scriptures center about the Lord Jesus Christ, and hence no portion is properly read nor understood until it leads to Him(1 Thes. 2:13, 2 Tim 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe that there is one and only one true Living God and that He has chosen to reveal himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4, Mat. 28:19, John 10:30).
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; that He was born miraculously of the Virgin Mary; lived a sinless life; came into the world to save man from guilt and condemnation of sin, offering His blood as atonement, and making it available to all who exercise faith in Him; in His bodily resurrection; that He is exalted to the right hand of God; in His external pre-existence, and in His return in power and glory(John 3:16,1 Cor. 15:3, 2 Cor, 5:21,Matt. 28:6, Luke 24:39, Acts 1:9, 11, 2:33, John 1:1-3,Matt. 24:21, 24:30, Rev. 20: 1-15).
We believe that salvation is a gift from God, available to all by faith in Jesus Christ, and through the repentance of sin. Is complete and eternal through God’s grace alone and not by any effort made by man. Good works cannot produce salvation but salvation will produce good works. The final result of salvation: The spirit of the believer who dies in Christ immediately will be with the Lord (Acts 16:31, 2:38, 26:20,Ecc. 12:7, Luke 23:42-43, 2 Corn. 5:8).
We believe in serving God through: the power of the Holy Spirit; by exhibiting the fruits of the spirit; by demonstrating godly love; in speaking the truth; by preserving the sanctity of the home, and being diligent in prayer(Eph. 3:16, Acts 1:8, Gal 5:22-23, John 13:34, James 5:12, Eph. 5:22-6:4, Eph. 6:18; Phil. 4:6).
We believe in the resurrection of both those who put their faith in Jesus Christ alone, which are saved and those who do not, which are lost. Those that are saved will be unto resurrection of life, and those who are lost will be unto the resurrection of the damned(Rom. 10:9-10, Mark 16:16).
We believe in the blessed hope of our return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, first in the rapture of his church, where all the believers will meet the Lord in the air, and be taken out of this world prior to the Tribulation that will come upon this earth. After seven years, Christ will return with His saints to reign and the whole world will be filled with His glory. (Matt. 24:29, 1 Thes. 5:9, 2 Peter 2:7-9, Rev. 5:7-10, Matt. 24:21, 24:30, Rev. 20:1-15, Rev. 11-15, Psalm 72:19).
